New Parts for the 150 :)

Also bought a spare key fob and programmed it. Really easy to do. Cycle the ignition key on/off 8 times and leave it in the on position (on the 8th cycle) the locks will lock/unlock showing you it's in the programming mode. Then press your existing fob (any button) the locks will lock/unlock. Then press the new key fob, the locks will lock/ unlock. Remove the ignition key and try each key fob. That's it! Under a minute.

I need to order a couple from ebay for my Expy and find the ones I need for my CV. Glad they are not expensive.

Thanks guys :wavey:

Cliff, I bought mine from Ford, about the same cost as E-Bay by the time I add shipping, etc. I originally went to just get wiper blades and ask about getting a new ignition key (I just have the one) but holy crap that's expensive!! So I got the spare fob just in case I leave the keys in the truck. I will have to be extra careful not to lose the ignition key for now.

Hi Zach. Won't be to special, I like the look of not seeing any pipes now. I've had every kind of exhaust exit (single, dual, side swept, sport truck, etc. ) I just priced for a Magnaflow 5"x8"x18" sport muffler (stainless) and going to have them dump it down. This is how the truck has it now, but with the factory muffler still. If I change my mind later, no problem to extend it out to the back, either single or dual. Going this route is way cheaper than buying the complete cat back system. I will have all new piping, just not stainless this time.

How about a set of SWEEEET sounding Cherry Bombs, that's what I have on my 78 f-150 Ranger Lariat, and I love 'em especially when ever I smoke some Green Weenie in a Prius. Especially when then secondaries kick in, the weenie s like shame on you. And I'm like my F-150 burns the gas that your Prius saves. Thank you.

Thanks Mike. I just went with a 5"x8"x18" stainless Magnaflow muffler and have it dumped down at the end of the muffler (may change it later to single side exit at the rear tire) I really like the clean look of the truck without seeing a tail pipe.

Magnaflows sound great, nice and a little bit throaty. That is a neat look too, But I may sneak over with a wrench on my day off and swap it out hehehehe :D
