That second one looks like a regular longbed I saw a scs at a gas station around here and it looks way different from the regular bed.

Just looked like that rear tire was sitting awfully far back to me. Obviously, that woulda meant a SCS was converted to 4wd...so I doubt that happened. Just couldn't get a good look at the pic.

I think these vans are awesome. I can't get my wife talked into having one. My brother has a 79 E250 with a 460 with Orange shag carpet everywhere that I want instead of a crappy minivan. She won't go for it.

HAHAHAHA...oh man that brings me waaaaaaaaay back...Dad used to have that exact van but in midnight blue metallic. He had it til I was about 5...he used it as his 'wheeler...some of my first memories 'wheelin were in that van.

I LOOOOOOOOOOVE this truck for some reason. Steering geometry looks good, driveline angles look a little steep though...also those axles look pretty weak for them 46's.

Found a couple vids of the sick looking restored blue 78 CC 4x4. I wish they woulda had somebody with a little more knowledge about these trucks talk about it...that way we wouldn't be bombarded with the 'asthetics' and 'money invested' pitches. Not to mention...there were some inaccuracies with that they said was original and refreshed. It's ridiculous to think that there was $70k invested in that truck, it's even more ridiculous to think that the dealership that has it paid 50k for it...although their 30k sale price is probably a pretty decent deal...it would probably cost that to build one that looked as good. I still don't see anyone paying that much for that truck though. Still a sick looking truck though, and I thought you guys would enjoy seeing it up close and personal:

HAHA...nope, not til you just said it. I'd say there was some lack of technical prowess from the sales men...as well as in some areas of the build.
