Pretty scary. Any idea what caused the fire? Looks like it started inside?

Ugg, vehicle (shelter, heat, dry) gone, wet clothes and sun setting, lost, not a good deal at all. Thinking about the "rule of three", seems like they may have dodged the bullet if they didn't make a shelter and a fire.
