    +1 1200* is the highest you want to run at and never let it hit 1400* unless it is only in spikes (hauling up hills or jumping on the highway) or you will fry your turbo bearing

    If you keep it cool, keep it maintained, leave the 7.3 stock and keep your foot out of it (when possible smilieFordlogo ) you shouldnt have any major problems anytime soon.
