What kind of oil shoud I use?

I wouldn't deviate with what the owners manual states. It will tell you the weight and API spec.

I throw 15w-40 Rotella in everything I have. But yours should be 10w-30, and it's my preference not to switch to synthetics if you've been running dino's. I prefer synthetics from new or don't do them at all. Really no rhyme or reason to that, just a quirk. It probably stems from the issues of synthetics 20 years ago, but those are a distant memory. But if I were you, I'd probably go Mobil 1 10w-30.

I use 10w30/40 if I can find it. I use Mobile 1 for my cars/trucks that take syns, and Quakerstate 10w40 in everything else.

My stupid duty leaks when I put synthetic in it, but not with the 15w40 rotella..

Halvoline 10w40

Man, I haven't seen Havoline in quite awhile...I used to use it in my dents....

Check ur local advance auto parts, oreilly auto parts, they should have it, but yes it's getting alot harder to find than other oils

hmm.thats odd..i heard some1 bought them and thats why its getting harder to find..what they told me at parts store. I really like it and many seem to like it as well. a very old brand too

oh i see, so theyre prob more focused on marketing their "chevron" labeled products as the Havoline line as it was Texaco for sooo many years...just guessing

I run rotella in all my stuff as well. Id go with a 10w30 valvoline in yours. I tried Royal purple in my 410 and it still ate the cam so ill never use it again.
