Might want to drill 4 holes and use a jigsaw...or a Dremel with a cutoff wheel.

I have the HF dremel tool I can cut it with that. Thanks for idea Duncan. I am kind of tired today from the sleep study. Tomorrow will be a better day.

Funny how that works isn't it?...I had to wear a blood pressure monitor for 24 hours...all that did was get my blood pressure up...

Now for my next trick is to get the bed off the truck (sons) so I can prep the frame and paint and get the cab corner fixed. :jumping:

According to the OL, my face would go purple as the thing beeped to let me know it was going to go off..I don't want to talk about the nights' sleep it afforded me...:headbang:

Two of us took my shortbed off, on hindsight it would have been much easier with 4 people.

I have a long bed and my 2 sons strained to unload my new old one from a trailer. I am going to try and see if I can get some help this weekend from a couple of friends.

I did it with 3, two people on each side biased toward the front, then the third on back duty. It worked, also a long bed.

It has been a busy week.Monday I had a liver biopsy done which I wasn't able to do anything for 24 hours at least. Did I listen,uh NO!!!! LOL Tuesday we had to go back to the wreckers and exchange my mirrors which took a hour since we had to get them off 2 different F150. But we got them.

Mirrors. As you can tell I got a set of the nicer mirrors with the chrome on them.

I finished polishing my wheels yesterday. They look a lot better but will never look really great,But they are good enough for daily driver use.

The wheels look like centerline wheels

I checked AR,Centerline,Keystone, Appliance and a few others and nothing. the only thing I know for sure is they are made by pro wheel. But when I googled that name I got a lot of other companies with the name but non were wheel makers.

Bed is off

The ruck bed is off and there was more dried on mud on the frame than heavy rust. The only rust is all surface rust.
