I was surprised because they throw a lot of rock salt down in the winter and some trucks are beyond help. I got lucky,even the old bed wasn't rusty just beat to hell.

Oh man, you got to take a drive around without the bed on, it looks so old school Hot Rod!! You could lite up the tires like nothing!!

great condition Cliff, but I was ready for that by the condition of the exterior metal (and previous pic's) as to the general shape of your truck. Isn't it nice to have a solid base to start from :) !

I don't know how hot it is today for you, but I've been laying low, last two days have been up to 78* That may not seem to high, but it such a change from three days ago.

We are in the low 90's here. I was surprised at the overall shape of the frame and has tanks

My wife has orientation Tuesday, she starts her new job June 4th. So i need my truck back on the road for Doctors appointments and such. I told her I can take her to work and pick her up afterwards.

My wife has orientation Tuesday, she starts her new job June 4th. So i need my truck back on the road for Doctors appointments and such. I told her I can take her to work and pick her up afterwards.

LEAVE THE BED OFF!!:rolling laugh:

just kidding of course, but my wife would never get in if the bed was off

I thought it was. Turns out it was the TPS and IAC were bad. I will have to pull the trans for a new front pump seal.
