I had a 84 F150 with a camper shell and a queen mattress in the back.it was useful to sleep in my truck when me and the wife went to FL

the replacement Motorcraft carb had a fuel bowl vent, so I put a K&N filter on it.

this is the smallest filter I've ever seen!

just needs to allow any pressure in the fuel bowl to be released, and the truck has no emissions from the factory, so no charcoal canister.

That's a cute little feller! I didn't know they put vents on the float bowl.

neither did I. Some carbs have them built in. It has something to do with emissions, since they are hooked up to a charcoal canister, but the mechanic I know said this works fine, no need to track down all the plumbing and charcoal canister. And yes, it's cute too :wavey:

steering wheel insert I'm picking at the new job I went to in the morning. It has the same Rosewood as the dash. Has a locking glove box latch that has chrome tabs instead of black, getting that too!

so many different option combinations that Ford had

I know :headbang: makes it hard to decide on what style to put on. That is why I painted mine. I also found it hard to get corner pieces for the headliner in a 85 model.
