Geezus...you guys almost qualify for common law terms don't ya? Pretty sure my girl would cut the jewels off among other things she can offer if I waited that long. But the first time me and my girl talked marriage, we agreed it would be best that we both graduated first...then I was granted another year of eligibility, then added a second major...so I prolonged the event about 2 years...haha.

If you weren't in Michigan...I would probably show up, but that's just too far...unless of course you sweeten the pot...haha. Until then, thanks for the invite, but I'll have to respectfully decline.

You talkin about over there...or here? I thought you've been pretty decent over here (except for some small hijacks). I view the dentside forum over there from time to time and haven't seen much in the way of you doing anything wrong, except for a bunch of folks got their pannies in a wad when you posted pics instead of links. Alot of folks over there just aren't as forgiving as we are over here.

For the most part I do...but I remember what I was like when I was 14...and I have a little brother who is entering that age (13) and one who just left it (17)...so I understand. You're just a youngin with alot of learning to do, and with the right direction you'll be alright. I like to take the same approach with kids as I do vehicles, try to make 'em right before you give up on them. On top of that, I do alot of youth work at church when I'm home...used to be really active back in high school, and I coach youth sports...so I probably have a higher tolerance than most folks do. And besides, you're a dentside fan, so you can't be all bad...haha.

I think I heard the Mufflers I want today.
I was coming out of the store and this mid 90s Dodge parked beside me, it sounded great just the sound I wanted..
I asked him what they were and he said Cherry Bomb Vortex's.
The only bad thing about them was when he romped on it would pop and make the back firing noises, I really don't like how that sounds, he said his friend has them on his 80s some thing 150 and they don't do that.
What would make them sound to different from truck to another?
Size of pipes, Cats, engine size?

Secondly...I'll get you to love CB's yet Tex...haha.

Lastly...yes to everything you said about the popping. Also, I think unburnt fuel can cause that problem...so a properly tuned rig will fix that problem.

I really liked how those Vortex's sounded, but i'm so scared that my truck will end up sounding like a Popcorn maker from the bowls of hell.

I doubt it...if you have 2.25" pipe and your truck is properly tuned, I think you'll be alright.

I think you are fairly helpful over here within reason. Over there you are pretty annoying with what you do honestly. I try help you over aim of what things you might want to do and not do. Trying to help you out. You are less annoying then before

That would typically permit a rebuttle, but considering it came from a guy who has one tail pipe, gender confused chevy loving relatives, who is no longer in the south...I presume the comment was no more than ignorance...haha. But seriously, as I've said before, when you wanna step up to big boy sound and performance in some cases, proof that quality gpacks suck and something better than a laughable Blowmaster to compare it to...then step up to the plate.

Actually I've been looking into Hooker Mufflers to replace my one Flowmaster if I ever go to dual exhaust...
