Perches and shock brackets have sloppy welds..will fix before powdercoating:
Still have all the crossmember rivets to remove, going to call the frame shop before I take any more out to see what they want left in to check the frame.
Thanks for the comments guys. Had a chat with the frame shop and powdercoating place earlier. I am leaving the crossmembers and rivets in. Powdercoater is quite confident he can blast the nooks and crannies.
Your frame looks to be in great shape without alot of rust build up, so I wouldn't worry too much about removing crossmembers/rivets. I did one mine because there was a good deal of rust on the frame and I wanted to make sure I wasn't missing ANYTHING.
And it will save me a pile of work. I talked to Moser today, rear axles shafts are a stock item whereas the fronts have to be made. Wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. Also talked to a place here regarding diff setup...something I'm not real comfortable doing myself...ballparked me $1500 for both including installing the two lockers.
Requested my build sheet from Ford and got it the other day:

A little more progress this weekend, actually spent all weekend cleaning and organizing for the most part. Got the box off the frame today and the frame is on dollies now.
Assembled the second dollie for putting the box and and threw a few things in the bottom for storage:
