Way too many steps involved in swapping everything over, and too many special tools involved to take pictures, sorry.

You have to be careful about using the right injectors in the right cylinders, right? Aren't they super calibrated and uniquely identified by the computer?

Each has its own flow rate. This is programmed into the PCM. If you replace one injector, you have to program it for that particular cylinder.
 
Vince, do you think that TSB 12-11-11 applied here? I see it was a 2011 F-550.

Is there any physical difference between the factory supplied block and the "long block" that is directed for replacement? Do you know if there is any documentation on the design change to the head that prevents the valve insert from releasing?
