Dang! I would imagine fairly rare. I have only seen 6th gen F350's online.

The rare part is it being a 4x4 F350 Dentside. '79 is the first year they made an F350 4x4, and therefore the only year they made a Dentside 4x4 F350. I think that truck, since it's also a SuperCab, is pretty much the Holy Grail of 73-79 Ford trucks.

Yep, flatbeds. Ford didn't have pickup bed duallies until 1980. But you can, with creativity, mold 80-90something flares into a dentside bed.

Thats what was on my 78 when i got it, a 79 1/2 ton box with 80s flareside fenders bondoed on it, it wouldnt of looked bad but it was done like **** and the box was junk....
