thats cause this seller is either (A) Mis-informed or (B) Trying to fill everybody with a load of crap to sell the truck quicker...

Hi-Boy's stopped in 77, midway through the model year, SLT???? i've never heard of such a thing other than Chebby's.. and it dont dont look like a camper special doesnt have the tiedowns on the bedsides or anything... so idk...

I was just guessing it was a spelling mistake. Kinda funny. If you look at the badge it doesn't have Ranger or the XLT badge. Pretty much any f250 4X4 you see on craigslist claims to be a hi-boy. My camper special didn't have factory tie downs and mine has a camperspecial badge on the front of the fender.
