originally with an 4 speed manual ( yes strange 4 speed)
and an L6 but the L6 is coming out..

The Engine:
Gt 5.0 Gt40 heads and intake out of an explorer 96-97
BRAND NEW :

ohh and whats the best thing to do witht his engine? buy an mustang harnas or explorer harnas and with ECU.. and buy the intake plenum and trottle body and injectors and run it fuel injection? or make it carbed? and i only wanna do a cam swap .. wich cam will run best with this engine i was thinking this cam but it has to be MAF or carbed

the guy who i bought it from did.. he is the owner of the local ford dealership he was doing an project but dunno what happend so he is selling the engine.
i bought it for

Can you help me find an truck harnass with maf and ECU from a stang on Ebay paul? i cant find any..

also it need a new intake plenum.. is the tubular one better than the explorer ones?

So you need a front engine harness for FI and a ECU to runs things?

You can go stang or truck harness. and ecu if want to run injection. I know of a couple92 -92 with 4 spd in them .

DUUUUUUDE sweet project and a good deal on the engine.....I'm a little jealous...bout time someone else did some mods to a flareside good luck and keep me posted...and yea I think For ran the T-18's and T-19's into the early to mid 90's......gonna be one hellova combo......there are so many different intakes available for that setup.....you could go mustang or truck stuff but the mustang intakes have a bigger following and parts are more available....
