ok i just found a C6 toda to put in my new truck.. i need some c6 knowledge

what converter should i use? for daily driver and a bit of performance?
and is this enough to get a good shift kit from a c6 ?

shift kit seems like a good price man..also make sure u do some PM on it and replace the modulator valve...the metal thing that gets a vacuum line attached to it..I think it's passenger side but I can't swear to it..GL hope that helped a lil.

Jurgen I'd go for a better shift kit. That one looks like its only a separator plate. You want the bigger kit with stiffer strings and everything. What year truck did the transmission come from?

What does that have to do with the shift kit? I'm just saying that if he's going to spend money on a shift kit, he should get the fullsize kit with the stiffer springs and sleeves and such.

jepp.. and how do you set a shift point on a mechanical trans? i want the shiftpoint to be 5500
