Yeah it's not to bad. Only crappy part is that the t-case shift motor is pretty prone to seizing up. Luckily the part can be had for $75-125 and it's a super easy swap; can be done in the snow when the truck leaves you stranded, just have to keep a spare with you

I have put a cable kit in several F250 350 as well as other types. . It does away with vaccum
