Question about the members list

Hey guys, I have a question: how long before a new user shows up on the members list, and is there any requirements that have to be met to show up? I have a user that has been pm'ing me that doesn't show up on the members list. It's not a problem other than I was just trying to find out where they are, and they aren't even on the list. The info we have been trading would be better on the forum than on pm though, so everyone can see it. It would seem they haven't posted up yet anywhere. Also, there hasn't been any welcome thread for them, so I am just curious how it is they can pm, but not show up on the members list.

I'm not sure what the error they are receiving is. What step in the registration process did they get to? Did they get the email confirmation? Check the spam filter on the inbox.

Ryan the person is already registered and everything... But his name just hasn't shown up on the 'Members List'
