Nice truck Shaun, it's just two years newer that mine, but yours is an 80 or 81 F-150 Ranger Lariat 4x4, where mine is a 78 F-150 Ranger Lariat two wheel drive, and noticed that your wheels are Generation 9 wheels, I also have the same generation 9 wheels on my truck as well. They look pretty sweet both generation 6 and 7 trucks.
