well call and see if he'll take 2k. especially for an FTF member.
that 92 looks to be decent. whos gonna put new tires and fresh paint on a truck that runs like shizzat????
Agreed, says it's a 6cylinder though... assuming the 300ci? ain't four wheel drive either, but atleast it's a 5speed...
I'm kinda diggin' the Volkswagen to be honest!![]()
gay. and yeah it would be a I6. only 6 banger option in those years. and the 5 speed/300I6 combo gets great mileage.
VW=GHEY!!!!!!!!!

(^^^^ really like that truck ^^^^)
I've taken Dad's last two cars across and nearly across the country...where this becomes an issue, really, is that it means Mom or Dad needs to drive your vehicle while you have theirs. Take my word for it, they'll get sick of driving your tired old truck sooner than you do.Not worried an awful lot about gas mileage, it plays some role, but I don't drive far enough to make it worth worrying about. If I decide I need to make a long trip, I can always borrow the parent's car.![]()
You haven't lived until you've had your 2wd truck stuck on a flat part of your front lawn.countryboytn said:4x4 would be pretty nice to have, so would a long bed.

I'd buy a shortbed 2wd if one came along, though, living where you do- hell, I survived a long time up here where it snows in a 2wd...and while I am a firm believer that a longer truck bed is always better, they do make trailers for a reason.
Five grand with 182k miles? You gotta be kidding me...
Nice looking truck...but it's old enough that it's GONNA cost some money to keep it going.
EDIT: Scratch the bit about nice looking, too- red over tan drops what I'd pay for any vehicle by at least 10%. Gotta be one of my least favorite color combos of all time...one of the few I'd actually pay to avoid, even on a used car.
