This is an advisory of contact. The closed part means the contact has been resolved. This guy has been going to several dealerships in an attempt to get things covered under warranty even though his engine warranty has been cancelled. He'll get very agressive if confronted. This one is in the Kentucky area. Tell tale sign that this is the truck.........white sidewalls. So does the whole CuDL thing just warn the tech that the customer has been in contact w/ Ford, or is it an all out warning to not touch?
Not a warning, an advisory. Open cudl means his concern hasn't been resolved, closed means that its been resolved. If it gets into my bay, if its an engine related concern, no warranty.CUDL is a warning to techs?
Curious how you would handle this if you found the truck in your bay?
Also how is his warranty cancelled?
If its in my bay, I'll use my "electric personality".If he gets hostile when confronted, is there a "protocol" that should be followed, or does somebody else deal with that?
