Those wheels on that are not alloys, they're chromed styled steel rims, I have that same identical set of rims on my 78 F-150 Ranger Lariat.

I'd say it'd be worth somewhere around the 20 -22 k mark given the low mileage .... with our dollar having devalued against yours by nearly 20 percent in the last 18 months US sourced vehicles have climbed up in values quite a bit. The devaluation is good for you guys if you want to import something from here or take a kiwi vacation .... your $ buys about $1.52 of ours at the moment.
