im not sure i like how about 1/3 of the US is in the NE chapter. might be a liiiiittttttllllleee difficult to get a meeting together

for the northeast i would suggest Maine, NH, VT, Conn, RI, MA, NJ, NY and DE

Some of the states in the northeast aren't much bigger than some of the counties in Alabama, LOL.
