LED odometer readings sometimes show

My 2001 Lariat dash panel odometer readings sometimes will not show at startup. It will lite up and show mileage readings sometimes. Can I make a fix or should I take it to the Ford dealership?

Something like that will be a defective cluster. If you have pats keys, you'll need to take it to the dealer.
