I'm glad I stuck it out through all the rain (the first storm was the worst, right after Scot and Brad left). I won third place in my class! Bob's friend (Roger, I think) won first in his class. There were two classes for trucks -- stock and modified. Hey, it's a show put on by a Mustang club... confused
Out of five shows I've entered, I have three trophies. Where's my incentive to get the bodywork done and painted? Then I'll have to worry about washing, waxing, etc. Then again, maybe the trophies are given to me out of pity...
Jeff, Congrats on the win. You are right about once the body work is done then maintaining the truck becomes a real chore with all the washing and waxing but if it was easy then everybody would have one. At least that's what I tell myself.
Did you or Scott convince Roger to join our group? I've mentioned it to him several times but I don't think he's signed up yet. That's a nice 56 - he was going to do a bunch of work to it over the winter months. I haven't seen it since yet this spring.
