That's the site I use to find shows around the area which to attend. It's the best list out there IMHO.

You take a scoop of ice cream, coat it with a bread crumb mixture and freeze it to -10 to -20 F, then deep fry for only 30-35 seconds to crisp the outer coating. OMG!! Awesome stuff!!

Exactly what he said!!!! And man o man is it good! my personal fav is when they coat it in kellogs corn flakes, put in a deep fried shell and top with whipped cream and pecans slightly chopped and lightly toasted!
