How do I replace this hose the easiest way?

If you do have to remove the intake or the water pump, I would suggest making it the intake. This isn't because it is that much easier, but when you do take it off, you can have that hole with the tube sticking out tapped and replace it with a hose fitting. At least you won't have to worry about it rusting out in the future. I paid a machine shop five dollars to tap my new weiand intake.
