He in Maryland they will pull you over for bright headlights or talking on a cell.

Same here, and fail to dim headlights late at night and especially on weekends and holidays is something the cops like because.....DUI drivers seem more likely to neglect dimming them and bingo, PC for a stop. Phone here are funny, if it's against your head (as most everyone uses them), it a ticket but if it's a few inches away or if you hold it in front of your mouth.....it's perfectly legal. A little flaw in the law, for now anyway. Texting is illegal, of course, but emailing while driving......perfectly legal and no effort being made to fix that. But here in WA, you can use any bathroom you chose, just select your gender identity before entering and it's ok to walk in the guys OR ladies room. Liberals. Go figure.
