Ford Warranty

I'm new to this forum but thought I would try to get som opinions. Bought a leftover 2016 F350 SRW 6.7. I only have 3600 miles on it. The brake dust has gotten so bad that it is actually staining the wheels. I wash it off as often as I can. Went to Ford this morning to see about warranty. They say they'll get back to me Monday when Svc Mgr is in. What are my chances here?

just keep washing it off. its considered normal wear. now,if it started to peel or otherwise damage the chrome, it would be different.
