If you've had them, more power to you! Now, use your experience for something good! You have an opportunity to gain knowledge in the automotive field at a young age. Grasp all the information in this field that you can. Everyone is asking all these questions because in this day and age, it is unusual to say the least that anyone that is young will show any interest in the automotive field. This will not be the first time that someone questions you, nor will it be the last. Show everyone that you are earning their respect by diving into the field with all the energy you have. That alone will quiet the nay-sayers.
