Cool! There are a couple of people (on t'other site) building diesel F-100s.

An old F100 engine bay will hold just about anything with room to spare. At the F100 SuperNationals I've seen them with just about any engine you can imagine. A few years back there was a guy who stuffed a diesel from an 18 wheeler into a 56. It caused quite a commotion and drew a crowd all day because it was so different. I'll see if I still have pictures.

In 06 there was a viper V12 and 6 speed in one. Anthony from N.Y. built it and drove the wheels off of it. LOL
