Tip on jackstands: don't use the cheap tripods... If you do, you MUST be cognizant of how they are set. I prefer to just not use them. I always use the better 4 point. Even then, you have to be careful about position, but is better than trusting hydraulics.

The gear on the tail shaft will need swapped. You have to pull the driveshaft and the tail housing to get it out. Not hard, just a nuisance. There is a clip that holds the gear on the shaft.

can i the old gear out of the other tranny or do i need to put in a new gear on the speedo cable

That is what I would do if it was accurate, re-use the old one.

changed it with the one from the tranny ( tranny comes frome earlier model with kickdown rod instead of cable) speed ath 60 is +-5mph off. this seems good enough since any new car is 5 of aswell

No new cars are not 5 or so off.. Most new cars with stock tires are darn near on the money..
