Tip on jackstands: don't use the cheap tripods... If you do, you MUST be cognizant of how they are set. I prefer to just not use them. I always use the better 4 point. Even then, you have to be careful about position, but is better than trusting hydraulics.
The gear on the tail shaft will need swapped. You have to pull the driveshaft and the tail housing to get it out. Not hard, just a nuisance. There is a clip that holds the gear on the shaft.
