No...diesel and gas C6's are different.

The final answer is, 4 holes and 2 dowels are different, the top ones will work.

I bolted a 460 to my diesel zf. After drilling.
blue original idi holes
pink idi dowels
green 460 bolts
brown 460 dowels
red 460 starter.

Ben it's not a parts truck. I have already talked to the owner and I have a BB trans from a 460. I just don't know if I will go look at it.

Well Ben I have to retract my statement about it not being a Parts truck.

I went and looked at this piece of chit. He wanted $800.00 for it. The first thing I ask him does it run,of course he said yes then I asked where the transmission was? He said I threw it away it was burned up and the tailshaft was cracked. I asked him why would he do that you can rebuild the trans and get another tailshaft. He couldn't answer.

I asked how many miles it had on it?He said 385,000+. then I asked him what was the lowest. He would take for it he said $800.00 this is after he told me his dad was going to take his 2006 F250 and trade it for a new 6.7. I said you're selling a parts truck that is only worth 1/2 what you are asking.

Then I told him about flareside Thunder paying $600. for his truck and it's a running and driving truck with a idi. I told him flat out it's only a $400.00 truck if it runs and you can't prove it does. I asked him where the title at he said I don't have it. It hasn't gotten back from Raleigh where all title transfer go through. I said in this economy you can't sell a truck like this for what you want. No one wants a IDI they all want the 7.3 Powerstroke. Then I left.

What a idiot.
