2002 explorer 4.0 stalls sometimes when coming to a stop

As the title says this explorer when coming to a e stop at a traffic light or a corner only when stopping ful.it stalls but it only does.it sometimes not allot what could.it be??

Remove the intake tube from the throttle body, using a rag soaked in carb cleaner, clean the gum and varnish off of the throttle plate.
