Not sure what this part is called, but I have to replace it. My Ranger has a 3 litre and is a 95. This part is for my heater I guess a valve of some sort. Its leaking antifreeze. I don't want to try and explain it at the parts store.
LOL. Thats to easy. I was expecting something longer and more hard to say. I don't even have to wright it down. Helps alot thanks. I'll see if I can get one from the local Ford dealer. My mom works there and gets parts at cost. Sometimes the parts are cheaper and you get a OEM part. Once I needed a timing chain cover for my 89 Bronco with a 302. Hard part to find even from the wrecking yard. I needed it fast and one wrecking yard said they had a used one. I go down to pick it up and it wasn't there, so with no other option I had to order a new one. It was around the 200 dollar mark. The Ford dealer is next door to where I was so I thought I would go visit my mom. While I was there I told her what happend and she said to go and see what the part would cost with her discount. It was 40 dollars cheaper and they had some in stock. So I ran back over to the wrecking yard where I had order one through them, canceled the part got my money back wich they made me pay for upfront. The lady behind the desk was upset that I had got the part from the dealer and kept on saying I must know someone there to get it cheaper than her cost. If she would have had the part in the first place like they told me I would have bought it from them and never would have gone to the dealer.
