Word of advice...still get your own Filter and have them put it on. For the $3-4 a FL-1A costs, it's cheap insurance.

Can do! I have to swing by the parts store on my way to the shop anyway. (New air filter)

Swapped tranny fluid in the Bronco...it's amazing the thing even ran. Attempted to finish the dome light in the Bronco...but some how my new door jamb switch got crushed...and no one is fessing up. Oh well, it was only $7.

My Bronco needs probably needs a new starter or battery, I need to go outside with a multimeter and check the volts but that most likely won't get done for another week.

Carry a good set of cables with you. If the starter is sticking real bad, bring a dead blow and give the end a couple good raps with it. And if it is the battery, might as well check the alternator too...maybe it's not fully charging the battery.

My thought for the battery is that since it's an older battery, a small alternator, and the fact that it has been sitting is that it probably is the battery and that the battery is in fact not totaly done but needs a charge though if I happen to find the voltage to be low I'll try charging that and see if it works. I was talking to Chris in NJ last night and he told me to hit on the starter also, I'd rather it be the battery since it is a bit easier to be put in but the starter is about the same price. Hopefully I don't have one of those mystery electrical problems where it is neither the starter nor the battery. I'm about 99% sure that the solenoid is good because I was getting a click.

I got my new wiper control knob on... :D No more digging for the pliers when it rains!

The trace that radios and vehicle computers take are hardly enough to weaken a battery over a couple of weeks. I'd go to Wally Whirled or Your local auto pits supply and have them run a cycle test on the battery you have- I'm betting you have a dead cell in there or the lead is just saturated. Either way= new battery.

Put new points and condenser in and repaired oil pressure gauge wire.

Also to accelerator pump out )Ben's suggestion) and waiting for a new one. Hope it solves an ongoing 4 year issue that I never bothered to look into until now.

Installed accelerator pump. I think it helped a little, but not totally. I still have to test drive it though. I also installed new speedometer cable and have to see if it is accurate. The gear was red. My old one was white. But the old one showed I was doing 100mph when I was doing like 50-60mph. Hopefully the new one is correct or at least closer.

Put new seals in the 85s transfer case and painted it. Went to start it for a test drive and the power steering pumps cavitated got the parts but need to find the time to do it. 72s got a leaky axle seal on the front passenger side not too bad right now but itll probly get worse.
