Sand blasted an OEM a/c compressor mount and a canopy hinge.
Then painted all of it with POR 15.

pulled all the brake lines off the ranger to replace them all. got the old driveshafts out ready for the new ones. fixed a few ratty looking wires on the harness.

had my buddy help me install the hood flector and the vent visors... then installed a new right sway bar link, trailer ball, and went out to buy a sawsall to get ready to do the left link.
Im planning new shocks and a lower ball joint next

Heads are done...so I guess I'll be putting the Bronco back together. Let's hope a faulty/broken spark plug is in fact the cause of all these issues. If not...some S&W 500's are going through the block.

Nothing today to darn hot and humid.
yesterday installed the new drive shafts, New brake lines front to rear, installed the exhaust system.
Next on the list new valve cover gaskets and any other gasket i see is leaking.
Pull the cab off the donor and set it over.

Dropped off the heads to the shop I wanted to go to in the first place. Buddy of mine is a chevy guy (bless his soul), he's letting me use his shop for the swap (builds local drag cars)...anyway, he suggested the guys that had my heads for three days and then called me to say they were too busy. Shoulda gone with my gut, and went where I wanted to go. Now it'll be Friday before the heads are done, then I gotta put everything back together, instead of having everything up and running.

Phew...pretty sure I would have taken a drive to kick you in the balls. A pet peeve of mine, ruining a good for hood ornaments on trucks...but even worse, mounting points with no ornaments. To me a hood ornament on a truck is for the uber cheezy guy, in a loud polyester suit, With a pencil thin stache and a bad comb over, typically smelling of deli meats, exclaiming 'now this is class'. So if everything was already there...you're safe...hahaha.
