water in cab

My Ranger is an extended cab and I wanted to spray rust killer into the cab corners behind the fold out rear seats. I pulled out the insulation that was in there and it is soaked. I reached into the bottom and there was at least an inch of water. There is no aparent water damage in the cab of the truck and the water was only on the right side of the truck. No rust holes anywere on the outside of the truck. The only thing I can think of is my rear window is leaking and thats how the water is getting in. But I can't see were the water is coming from. Untill I find out where the water is coming in should I drill a few small drain holes to let the water out?

Third brake light is a common leak spot as well, though that often will show up as a damp spot or water staining on the headliner, too.

I've heard of people using foam weatherstrip to seal it; I didn't have much luck so I went for a quick and dirty solution on my truck- white silicone caulk around the light.

I'll 3rd the 3rd brake light. My 04 F-150 had a leaky 3rd brake light and only found out by chance. No staining on the headliner.

I'll bet thats what it is. The headliner is sagging back there but it is as well up front . Thanks guys. Thats a supper easy fix. My truck is black so I'll try and find black caulking. You guys just made my day.
