Nice looking truck but do you think he tried lifting to much and bent the frame ?

It is sagging quite a bit.

It's possible the frame is bent. It does look like something is tweeked. Nice truck otherwise.

Looks like a sweet truck, but those spots along the drip rail is disturbing though.

And that's why I feel bad for you northern guys...good looking truck for sure...wouldn't even mind having it as my own...but doggon, and rust/corrosion, is just unacceptable around these parts. That guy would be getting getting about 3-3500 for that truck here.

Would make a decent driver...but the rust issue is evident...

Nice 1976 F-250. Ken, it's got everything but auto transmission.

Yeah, the auto would be a deal killer for the wifey as she would want something she may need to drive and standard isn't her cup of tea....one of the reasons I had to sell the bump :(.

That and I'm not crazy about the color.....still a nice rig!

Pretty truck. All that nice work and they didn't paint the gear shifter.:headbang:
Did you notice the 2 extra large gas tanks ?

I also noticed all the little dents in the bed.....you'd think they'd spend a little more time on that before they lined it.

The spray in liner is the easy way out of repairs to the bed. Its near impossible to do any body work between all the ridges in the bed floor.
I spent nearl 8 hours trying to sand all the scratches out of mine with my fingers. Luckily there were no dents to repair.

I think this is that same Idaho based ebay seller that sells a crapload of what at first look appear to be pristine dentsides. If that's him, Scott and Ben are among many that have flushed him out..... One person has already questioned the fact that as a '76 it doesn't have the in cab gas tank.

Q: Hi - I was a bit confused on the trucks year and style. I see 78/79 features as well as the 76 badge. A 76 cab would have the tank behind the cab? Can you share more information or explanation on the mix of features by year. Mar-09-13
A: The tank behind the seat has been removed for the power slider and more room for the seat. Alot of people do not like the tank in the cab for safety. All the ID numbers frame and title match for a 1976. As you can tell alot of work has gone into this Hiboy. Thanks Tom

One of the 78/79 features I see is the F O R D letters ON the hood... While this guys trucks always have a nice appearance, upon a closer look they seem to be somewhat 'Frankentrucks' ...

Good catch Brad...that guy has been embarrassed and called to the carpet so many times it's not even funny. He's changed his username so many times, it's hard to tell if that's actually him. I always felt his telltale signature was painting drip rail trim and somewhere on the truck there would be some overspray...and if he claims there's a front 60...you might wanna double check.

It's bad. My 75 I'm fixing up a bit for a worker won't even see winter roads unless the snow is gone and roads are dry.

Is this the same guy? If it is, he has moved all the way across the state of Idaho.

He says the front axle is a D44.
