I know a couple...not sure what I'd want to make a mural though.

Do you remember the Rat Fink characters? How bout a musclebound football character driving your red truck?

That's actually a really cool idea.

I'm pretty sure that's the paint scheme I'm going to go with (plus ford aluminum panel)...but he has the trim around the tail lights to break up the transition...which is what i was worried about. but I really don't think no trim is going to matter.

Happened to get a look at the parts truck today. It has the chrome around the tail lights and the aluminum panel, and has the paint lines just like the ebay listing. I think the tail lights themselves do a good job breaking the lines as it is.

Choice 1 Ben being a tu tone truck, imo it wouldnt look right any other way..

Ultimately...that's what I'm gonna go with. But like most of my parts...they just sit until I find some time. Red's whole bed is full of parts I've bought over the last 6 months, and just haven't gotten around to even opening. Hell, I don't even remember half of what I've bought. Anyway, the guy that originally sprayed my truck quoted me $500 for the tailgate. There are a few touch ups, nicks and dings I'd want him to do as well...that'll be another $2k.
