I had to replace it because the bushings & rag joint was shot.Perhaps quite
dangerously SHOT.
Heres what it looks like with a steering wheel,Im waiting for my Grant Gt
wood grain to come in the mail.Sorry the pics are huge.

I wish...Lol...I cant afford those.I got it from DMC performance from Ebay.
It cost about $185.00 An universal joint was $40.00.With free shipping.
They were also very quik on shipping,it was like the next day.
It only took me about an 1 hr after work to pull the old one out.
Then I got the new in the mail the next day,an took me about 30 min
to install....Lol...the next day,It took me a half a day to figure out the
wiring.
Then I figured out that the previous owner had abandoned the signal light
wires,an used the backup lights for signals.
So I have to rewire the signal wires.The column is for GM,so I had to hard
wire the signals.

Oh heck yea...My steering wheel came today at lunch time...Now I dont
want to go back to work...
