Shift Linkage Grommet

Just put a new transfer case in my dad's 95 F350 5.8/e4od/bw1356. The little grommet/bushing that holds the flat piece of linkage to the actual lever attached to the tcase that shifts the transfer case.. Where can I find a new one? My google-fu is not working well or I'm using the wrong terms.

I got them from Ford a few years ago, they were still in use on the manual shift super dutys
