running lean.. rough idle

OK,, the truck,, 5.4 F250 superduty,, is now running a little rough.. the codes I pulled are P1132,P1151, P0171, P0174 I have replaced several coils as have had issues with some misfires.. any other ideas?

Those codes are normally a vacuum leak. Have you checked all the vacuum lines etc

Don't forget about the MAF see if it is dirty. If so clean it with MAF cleaner or brake clean. No carb cleaner!!

Fuel filter? It might be holding back enough fuel pressure to make it run lean.

rubber elbow on the PCV valve was the problem.. was looking at a replacement at advanced auto,, and the guy there,,, ( retired mechanic) gave me a old spark plug boot.. much better and will last longer and FREE ! truck is working again !

Cool!! I have done that repair myself a couple times mostly on the 4.2 and it worked perfect. Glad you got it fixed
