Do the rear leaf spring shackle bushings on my 95 F250 have to be pressed in?

Do the rear leaf spring shackle bushings on my 95 F250 have to be pressed in?

Sorry but all I can go by is my '75's ...but four needed pressing and the two
shackles just plain ol' needed replacing with new ones. The pressure needed
is not all that high.

Another 10 or 15 years later replaced them again with black poly-urethane
from energy suspension and I don't recommend that, they get to squeaking
ever' once in a while and I have to squirt STP on 'em to shut 'em up. LOL
