Rear axle swap 73 f100 4 wheel drive feom 76 f250 rear wheel drive

I plan on swapping out my rear axle as the rear diff was in really poor condition when I bought the truck. I got a 76 f250 as a parts truck. I do know the bolt pattern is different and the f250 has a dana 60. With that dana 60 will I be able to plug and play with the 4 wheel drive or will I need to find a front end of a f250 with 4 wheel drive? I don't know too much about the axles and gear ratio so any help is appreciated.

You will have to make completely sure both the gear ratios and tire diameters are a match or you will break the transfer case. Also, the driveshaft is not likely to be plug and play. Also, need to be sure the leaf spring is the same width and location on the axle.
