I'm sure the truck likes itself better and will act appropriately too.
Hi Cliff, just got in. Read your post about the globe box. So, here it goes on how to align the glove box. First thing you'll notice is the All the holes are elongated, meaning you have adjustments for left and right and in and out. Remove the latch so you will be able to open and close the door without it getting stuck. Get to that later. You will be able to center it easy enough, so try setting the in and out adjustment to the center of the hole. Now close it and check for flushness. Adjust the door as needed, I only snug up the fasteners a little so I can push or pull the door without it moving all over the place. There are adjustments on both sides of the hinge. Once the door is aligned, install the latch. It also has slight adjustments for in and out and left to right. Just take your time, it's a bit finicky to do for the first time, but you'll get it!
Thanks Mark. Now I have to think about next small project. I think it will be the rear bumper.

That's a nice bumper Cliff, with some fresh paint it will be fine looking. It's one of those "if you hit me, you lose" bumpers, lol
That style of bumper is popular here. the Hard part is you can't put a receiver on it. The upside is that bumper is heavy enough to pull a trailer.
Back to the glove box, two kinds of liners, cardboard and plastic, hoping you have the plastic cause the cardboard ones stink.
Yeah mine is plastic and I got mad and used my table grinder on it.![]()

You might as well use a cutting torch to light the birthday candles.
Sometimes I can get impatient, when I am near the finish.![]()
Are we still talking Trucks?!![]()
