Can anyone give me the measurements to put mirrors on like these?

I found these manual mirors today and want to get rid of my old mirrors.

My buddy did that swap on a few different trucks...what measurements do you need? I've got a set of spare doors out back that Chris hasn't come got yet lol.

The proper place and size hole to drill for the inside support to go through.

There is a small arm on the mirror that goes through the outside of the door and bolts to the inner door frame. You can see it in the picture above.
