New Clutch?

It's getting rather close for a new Clutch in my 250, so I was wondering.
What's a good clutch to go with, stay with the OEM or something aftermarket?

Is factory a dual-mass flywheel?

May be worth some research on the subject before buying...it's been too many years to recall details, but I'm pretty sure a friend ended up a lot happier swapping to a single-mass flywheel in his early Powerstroke.

I have done only one dual to single conversion, and the owners were quite tickled with the results. When I replaced the clutch in my 86 diesel, the old one was a Valeo, stiff as hell. The LuK softened the pedal but has not been any worse for grab. Put a LuK in the 88 351W and has been great for the abuse there as well.
