motor problems

This past saturday i took the motor and tranny out of my truck cause they were bad and they had 178,000 on them. i found a good used motor and trans on craigslist for $500 with only 100,000 i put it in and got it running but when i step on the throttle it kinda flutters so i plugged it in to the cumputer and that didnt say much. so i tried changing the thorttle body and the tps sensor that didnt work etheir. so now im thinking its the injecters but its not skipping when it idles. so if anyone has any pointers i would like to hear them

Did you pull the distributor? If so, double check your timing. Don`t forget to pull the SPOUT if you have to chang the timing. Did you reset the TPS when you changed it? Check the condition of the plugs, wires, cap, and rotor if you used stuff off of the used engine. Verify that there are no vacumm leaks. May want to check your fuel filter and pressure also. If it didn`t do this before the swap, double check all of your work and verify the health of the engine. Don`t forget to check the EGR system too. Good luck!

I pulled the distributorand replaced it with another one and did pull the spout conecter to retime it , i replaced the plugs cap and rotor i also did a compsion test they are all around 150

Another thought, are you sure it`s the engine? Is the trans full and the linkage right? Does it have a lock-up style torque convertor? Hate to throw so much out there, but you did ask for ideas.
