Tune up. Electric fan modification. Maybe even just a little better exhaust.

sadly other than good tune up . No much can be done for that . Cams, head work really can be pricey

300-6 snorkel and insulate air box including all tubes . , heavy Hi po plug wires, copper plugs ,bump timing , hipo coil That will take care of the $200 (i do this on All my trucks And I had 20 plus )

Free up exhaust helps . Long headers for max performance . But shorty r better than stock ones. A hi po Cat if you need 1 .

Or if have good cheap u pull or know of a 94 up MAF equipped truck . Do the swap . MPG improvements and it peps them up . (Less than $100 in parts here for 302 351 300 6 with harness and air box . Swapping harness the hardest part and some re pin work .

Air up tires and stock size (not any fun tho )

Seems everything is covered....

Might be able to get a new muffler put in for under 200... I don't like the look of the factory muffler it just screams power robber. But i have no proof of it...

If you're more worried about perception that actual power, you could just buy $200 in go fast manufacturer stickers, and put them on your back window. Keep in mind, you're talking about a big, heavy, brick and only $200, not much can be done.
