dam you taylor. you have a factory tach. neither of my trucks do. im gonna end up getting aftermarket tach for my Flareside. i doubt the 88 Ann probably wont want one.

My Bronco has the XLT preferred package 648A (The highest XLT package) it has all but a select few options.

My Bronco is loaded all it does not have is the 351W, HD Front Axle, and rear defrost (I'm 90% sure on the last one).

***. the 88 is as plane jane almost as possible. just a custom. no headliner manual everything. has radio. no tach. came with 351W though and AOD tranny.

maybe there was an AOD swap done then reversed? have you check the VIN on the fleet.ford.com? Oh, and I don't have an O/D button, on the gear selector there is a option to kick off the OD.

Just look at the pan, if you have an OD off button u might have an E4OD. I got the AOT, and thats what your bronk got too.

To my knowledge there is no OD off button and there was never a C6 behind a 351W.

its a 351W HO and C6 out of a 84 F150. theyve been swapped in and converted to EFI.

Sorry I meant AOD. On another note I was watching the local news, there were doing a story on the proposition of a "Wheel tax" (20 dollars on each car) to raise tax revenue. First they showed a beat up Gen. 9 F-150 then a Gen. 8 Bronco with the exact same color scheme as mine.

Lol na my trans in my bronk is a AOT, its the same as an AOD, but it takes a different filter, if you look it up in the parts book, its AOT/AOD
